Northern Europe, Scandinavia, Viking or Norse culture, ca. 9th to 11th century CE. A charming Viking axe head pendant of a petite, triangular form with a crescent-shaped blade edge, a tapered neck, and a slender tang with a perforated suspension loop, all formed from 84.29% - over 20 karat - gold. The obverse of the axe head is decorated with stamped triangle motifs that were a preferred style in ancient times. Fed through the tang perforation is a 89.1% - over 21 karat - gold wire suspension loop that enables this pendant to be displayed on a necklace strand or bracelet. Our shippers of choice are DHL for International shipments and UPS for domestic shipments, but we are able to ship via other carriers at the buyer's expense as deemed necessary or by request.

For shipments of oversize items, Artemis Gallery will assist the buyer in working with a third-party shipping provider. For shipments outside of the USA, customs and duties may apply upon entry into said country, and this fee, if any, is the buyer's responsibility.
