Pre-Columbian, Post Classic Maya, Mixtec, modern day Mexico, ca. 1200 to 1500 CE. A nice pairing of vessels, one a dark brown, miniature gourd-shaped olla with perforations in its neck for suspension, and the other a larger, red-slipped tripod bowl with incised abstract and geometric motifs in panels around the upper body. Size: 7.45" W x 6.2" H (18.9 cm x 15.7 cm)

Provenance: Ex-private L. Harvey collection, acquired prior to 1972
