Description:

Native American, Midwestern to Southern United States, Eastern Woodland, ca. 500 to 1500 CE. A gathering of 3 stone objects, each with a discoid profile. Two of the stones bear shallow indentations on each side while the porous stone is flat on each side. Similar shaped stone objects have been found across eastern North America, and their purpose is widely speculated.
