Description:

Native American, Southwestern United States, Hopi, ca. mid-20th century CE. A group of 3 hand-built pottery bowls, 2 of circular form and 1 of square form with rounded corners (known as a squircle). The first bowl features a thick rim and a white-ground basin while the second bowl has an overhanging rim and abstract feathery motifs. The squircular vessel is adorned with thick black and red shapes across the exterior which resemble an abstract avian creature. Size of largest: 4.7" L x 4.8" W x 2.75" H (11.9 cm x 12.2 cm x 7 cm)
