Pre-Columbian, Central Coast of Peru, Chancay culture, ca. 800 to 1200 CE. A rare pottery vessel of multi-layered form with a trio of vessel bodies stacked atop one another. The trilobed container is decorated with dense, dark brown motifs, and a trio of petite frogs protrude from each side of the body. Size: 5" L x 4.5" W x 7.7" H (12.7 cm x 11.4 cm x 19.6 cm)
