Pre-Columbian, southern Mexico, Guerrero region, Mezcala & Maya cultures, ca. 600 BCE to 900 CE. A collection of over 60 ancient Mexican stone beads, each pecked and polished to a rounded form- most are greenstone, quartzite, and white lava rock, but there are several jadeite pieces as well! Strung in modern times on a modern cord as a wearable necklace, these can easily be restrung to craft new jewelry. Size of strand: 30" L (76.2 cm); central pendant: 1.3" L x 1" W (3.3 cm x 2.5 cm)
