A livey standing female terracotta figure with hands held to neckline, expressive visage, headdress with incised geometric and pierced decoration and long robe. This lovely figurine demonstrates wonderful handbuilding pottery technique, nice burnished areas, and mineral deposits. Size: 4-3/4" (12.1 cm). Provenance: Ex-private Houston, TX collection, acquired at auction or local gallery between 1982 and 1994.
