Pacific Northwest Coast, probably Salish Nation, British Columbia, ca. 1950 to 1960 CE. Huge and wonderfully crafted painted wooden mask. Expressive human face in shades of pink, black, white and natural wood-tones with shell eyes and long horse hair.
