Pre-Columbian, West Mexico, Jalisco, ca. 300 BCE to 300 CE. A hand-built pottery seated figure of a man, looking to his left, balancing a large bowl with both hands atop his bent legs. Areas of red pigment decorate the figure, and his head is topped with a squat crest. Size: 6.5" L x 6.25" W x 8.75" H (16.5 cm x 15.9 cm x 22.2 cm)
