Ancient Greece, Hellenistic, ca. 2nd to 1st century BCE. An outstanding conical bowl or mastoid cup comprised of yellow-green glass. This Hellenistic form is fire polished on the exterior and it also shimmers with golden, hot pink, lime green and silvery iridescence! See a very similar example on view in Gallery 171 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York (Accession Number 57.11.6) - https://www.metmuseum.org/art/collection/search/254933. Size: 4.625" in diameter x 2.75" H (11.7 cm x 7 cm)
