A stunning Greek gold bead, its perfectly symmetrical composition of a conical form with granules arranged to present a large floral blossom on each face, with a granulated band marking the midline of the bead, and rings of gold surrounding the openings on each end. An exquisite bauble from ancient Greece! Size: .7" W x .875" H (1.8 cm x 2.2 cm); cord is 20" L (50.8 cm)

  • Condition: Gold bead is ancient. Some indentations to the form. Minute fissures to the rings surrounding the open suspension holes. Otherwise very good. Gold has developed a lovely warm patina.
