Description:

Ancient Greece, Cyprus, ca. 6 to 800 BCE. As evidenced by the series of concentric circles in a style often referred to as a "target" flask, this vessel was manufactured in Cyprus, but for export to the Holy Land, with circular flattened body, loop handles and a cylindrical neck. Size: 5-1/2" x 4" (14 x 10.2 cm).
