Pre-Columbian, Ecuador, Manabi culture, ca. 500 BCE to 500 CE. A beautiful and wearable necklace composed of 35 terracotta spindle whorls in hues of gray, brown, and orange. The beads exhibit either triangular, piriform, or jar-shaped forms and are decorated with delicately incised linear motifs and stippled patterns. A fine necklace meant to accentuate any outfit! Size (necklace): 23.125" L (58.7 cm); (largest bead): 0.875" W x 0.875" H (2.2 cm x 2.2 cm)
