Pre-Columbian, Ecuador, ca. 1000 CE. A pair of pottery heads with elongated craniums, both mold made with low relief and narrow eyes with prominent ears. Both are hollow with large openings / vent holes on the underside, and the larger head has additional holes perhaps for suspension or attaching to another piece. Size: 4.5" L x 3" W x 2.5" H (11.4 cm x 7.6 cm x 6.4 cm)

Provenance: ex-collection of the late Peter Arnovick, San Francisco, California, USA, acquired before 1995
