Native American, Arizona, New Mexico, Navajo Nation, ca. 1910. Lovely woven rug or blanket in multiple diamond patterns known as an Eye Dazzler. Eye Dazzler is one of the earliest Navajo Weaving styles influenced by serape blankets worn in New Mexico in the 1870's and are usually a simple geometric shape chevron, diamond, serrate or triangle repeated through the entire weaving. This lovely example is done in shades of natural tans and browns. With a bit of professional care this will look stunning again! Size: 71" L x 47.5" W (180.3 cm x 120.6 cm)
