Latin America, Mexico, ca. 1900 CE. A wonderful and thick textile poncho, woven from natural fibers in hues of espresso, citrine, sapphire, ruby, emerald, topaz, gold, pearl, and amethyst, with two strips of polychrome patterns detailing both the front and back. The side peripheries are lined with fine brown fringe, and there is a large slit for a head in the center. Wearable as shown, and attractive as well! Size: 80.5" L x 45" W (204.5 cm x 114.3 cm).
