Pre-Columbian, Central Coast Peru, Chimu, ca. 1100 to 1470 CE. A mold-formed pottery vessel depicting the head of a jaguar with a flat circular base, a round body, a slender tubular neck, a flared spout, and a ribbon-like handle connecting body to neck.
