Western Europe, Celtic-Roman border region, ca. 1st century BCE. A beautifully-preserved iron dagger, sharp on one side, with a long, thin tang topped by a thin disc-like pommel made of bronze and secured in place with a pyramidal bronze pin. Size: 1.25" W x 14.2" H (3.2 cm x 36.1 cm)
