United States, Arizona, ca. 1989 CE; Native American, United States, Various Tribes including Tohono O'odham (Papago) and Santa Clara Pueblo, ca. 20th century CE. A collection of 4 coiled basketry pieces and 3 pottery jars, 7 pieces total. Two jars are blackware pieces likely by Santa Clara Pueblo potters, and the third is a signed pottery jar by the non-native artist Cleo Teissedre and dated on the base "89." The 3 largest baskets are Tohono O'odham coiled, and the smallest lidded vessel is coiled pine needles possibly by Cherokee artists. Size of largest basket: 9.5" Diameter (24.1 cm); smallest pottery jar: 2.5" L x 1.75" W (6.4 cm x 4.4 cm)
