Native American, North America, Archaic Period, ca. 5000 BCE to 1000 BCE. A set of 122 hand-knapped stone arrowheads displayed within 5 rectangular display boxes. Each is of utilitarian form, and some have their find site information written on one face. Also included is 1 sharpened bone awl used for puncturing holes in tough hide. Size (largest stone): 4.2" L x 1.75" W (10.7 cm x 4.4 cm); (largest display case): 16.25" L x 12.25" W x 1" H (41.3 cm x 31.1 cm x 2.5 cm)
