A gorgeous ring featuring an oval jasper intaglio depicting a bird perched in profile with delineated wings, tail and crest feathers, and striding legs - the jasper of bold vermilion hues, the imagery quite vivid. In a modern 23K+ gold setting comprised of an oval table and a split shank that resolves in pairs of granules to contribute further to the design. Size: intaglio measures .5" L x .375" W (1.3 cm x 1 cm); opening measures .75" in diameter (1.9 cm); US ring size 5; gold quality: 96% or 23K+; 11.7 grams.
