A finely carved carnelian intaglio bearing the left-facing portrait of a youthful Hercules (Greek Herakles) with curling locks of hair and a strong jawline. The ovoid carnelian is set within the form-fitting bezel of a 77.9% gold ring setting exhibiting a solid shank that is perfect for wearing. Size (intaglio): 0.40" L x 0.34" W x 0.09" H (1 cm x 0.9 cm x 0.2 cm); (ring setting): 0.48" L x 0.79" W x 0.86" H (1.2 cm x 2 cm x 2.2 cm); gold quality: 77.9% (equivalent to 18K+); weight: 4.9 grams; US ring size: 7.5
