Native American, Midwestern to Eastern United States, Archaic to Woodland period, ca. 6000 BCE to 1800 CE. A large collection of 125 knapped stone drills, blades, and projectile points from early Archaic periods and later Mississippian and Woodlands cultures, made primarily of chert. A great variety of types that are mostly triangular with side notches and fins for hafting. Size of largest: 4.75" L x 3" W (12.1 cm x 7.6 cm)
