Native American, Southwestern United States, Zuni, ca. mid to late 20th century CE. A wearable necklace of stylish form strung with dozens of petite turquoise seed beads. Interspersed throughout the composition are 26 charming turquoise animal fetishes in forms including whale, dog or bear, bird, and fox. Size (necklace): 22.5" L (57.2 cm); (largest animal fetish): 1.29" L x 0.23" W x 0.25" H (3.3 cm x 0.6 cm x 0.6 cm)
