A wondrous statue depicting a standing peacock that is hand-carved from cream-hued stone bearing integral areas of red, citrine, and blue-grey hues. The majestic bird stands with slender legs in a striding pose while balancing atop an attenuated branch fragment, and the floral bush beneath projects stunning flowers from its stems. The peacock is a highly symbolic avian creature as it represents beauty, elegance, dignity, divinity, and power. Size: 9.75" L x 3.5" W x 9.125" H (24.8 cm x 8.9 cm x 23.2 cm); 10.75" H (27.3 cm) on included custom stand.
