Western Greece, Archaic period, ca. 600 BCE. A graceful pottery votive figure of a female shown standing with both hands holding a disc-shaped object at her chest and pleated robes drape her shoulders and cascade down her slender body. A headdress and veil crown her petite head which features a minimalist visage with recessed eyes supported by a long, slender neck. Size: 1.5" W x 4.7" H (3.8 cm x 11.9 cm); 6" H (15.2 cm) on included custom stand.
