Description:

Eastern Europe, Soviet Union, Russia, ca. mid 20th century CE. A fabulous and nearly complete officer's parade uniform. This ensemble includes the cap, the jacket, trousers, belt, shirt, and tie. This teal blue uniform was for an army officer and this style may be a late 1960s or 1970s example. The cap features a brass star with the hammer and sickle insignia. This insignia appears on the brass buttons, the belt buckle, and the two medals on the coat as well. This was likely a summer outfit that would have been proudly worn during the Soviet Victory Day parade that celebrated the end of WWII. Mannequin not included. Size (coat): 28" L x 17.5" W (71.1 cm x 44.4 cm)
