A mystical basalt carving up an anthropomorphic figure that plaintively looks up to the heavens - the pose is one of wonder or prayer. The enlarged head is tilted back to survey the skies- the eyes carved into rounded rings, a nasal ridge, and indented mouth- creating trance like expression of awe or reverence.
