Ancient Egypt, Third Intermediate to Late Dynastic Period, 21st to 31st Dynasty, ca. 1070 to 332 BCE. A set of 2 wearable necklaces constructed with ancient faience beads glazed in a variety of colors. The first necklace features a variety of blue, green, and brown shades in tubular and spherical forms. The second necklace showcases primarily blue-glazed beads with a large sphere as the central pendant piece. Size of largest (blue-glazed necklace): 17.9" L (45.5 cm); (central sphere): 0.5" W (1.3 cm)

Provenance: private Punta Gorda, Florida, USA collection, acquired in the 1970s
