Western Europe, France, ca. 2000 CE. A pair of wallets by luxury brand Louis Vuitton, each crafted from the brand's iconic Monogram canvas with gold-tone brass hardware. The larger wallet is the Porte Tresor International Wallet, designed in a trifold envelope style with a straight-edge flap and snap closure. Its spacious interior offers ample storage with card slots, slip pockets, and a large pocket with a snap closure for coins. The interior side of the slip pocket bears a date code - though the letters are worn, they appear to read "FH0010," indicating a 2000 production date. The second wallet, the Viennois bifold, features a snap closure with a kisslock clasp for the coin pouch. It includes a billfold pocket, slip pockets, and card slots. The interior slip pocket on the kiss clasp wallet is stamped with the date code "SD0060," also indicating it was made in 2000. Size of Porte Tresor envelope wallet: 7.5" L x 4.25" W (19 cm x 10.8 cm); Viennois kisslock: 5.25" L x 3.5" W (13.3 cm x 8.9 cm)

- Condition: Pre-owned and used conditions. Flaking to the painted canvas on the interior of slip and bill pockets of both. Green oxidation to the brass frame on kisslock wallet and stains to canvas due to the patina. Fading and wear to hardware clasps and snap closures. Both are in good condition for age and use. Date code is partially worn away on the larger wallet.
