A fascinating hand-carved and hand-painted festival mask depicting twin bearded likenesses representing good and evil, the frowning red visage representing evil, the smiling black one representing good. The pair is carved with eye slits for the wearer to see through, bold facial features, and incised beads/goatees. Lateral perforations for suspension. Size: 7.75" L x 7.375" W (19.7 cm x 18.7 cm)
