Roman, Imperial Period, ca. 1st to 4th centuries CE. A pair of small glass vials with piriform bodies, long necks, and rolled, flattened rims. Made to hold cosmetics, unguents, or perfumes, with narrow necks to prevent evaporation. Beautiful light iridescence on both, especially the larger of the two. Size of largest: 1.5" W x 3.2" H (3.8 cm x 8.1 cm)
