East Asia, China, Qing Dynasty, ca. 19th century CE. A splendid and quite sizable pair of porcelain vases, each enveloped in crackle glaze and featuring applied sprigs of prunus at the neck above a pair of dragons to one side and crane to the other. Both vases bear Ming marks, but are from the Qing Dynasty. Size (both about the same): 9.5" Diameter x 22" H (24.1 cm x 55.9 cm)

  • Condition: Both vases bear Ming marks, but are from the Qing Dynasty. One has had professional repair and restoration to rim and neck with repainting over some break lines and other break lines visible. Some minor nicks to surfaces as shown. Otherwise, both have a great presentation.
