Description:

Greece, ca. 600 BCE. This is a trio of small East Greek greyware pottery vessels. They have a dark slip and are all of similar simple style; these were probably household products used by an everyday family; they may have been placed into a grave to hold offerings of food or drink. The small amphora is of particularly fine form. Size of largest: 5.5" W x 4.25" H (14 cm x 10.8 cm)
