Description:

Pre-Columbian, Central Mexico, Valley of Mexico, Tlatilco, ca. 1000 to 500 BCE. A hand-built and highly burnished pottery female figure standing nude upon delineated legs. Her minimalist body is centered with an impressed navel and attenuated arms draped from her rounded shoulders. Her elongated head features incised eyes with pupils facing opposite directions, parted lips, and a tall coiffure accented with red pigment. Size: 2.1" W x 6.25" H (5.3 cm x 15.9 cm)
