Near East, Mesopotamia, Neo-Assyrian / Neo-Babylonian, ca. 1000 to 500 BCE. A collection of 3 stamp seals carved from semi-translucent agate / chalcedony stones in hues of pale lilac and citrine. The seal faces on all three are linear and stippled with abstract cultic motifs and/or divine beings - the large chalcedony has a quadruped animal as well. Size of larger stone: 0.91" L x 0.56" W (2.3 cm x 1.4 cm)
