Description:

Pre-Columbian, Valley of Mexico, Teotihuacan, ca. 3rd to 7th century CE. A fine bowl carved from creamy orange-white stone with tall walls, a deep basin, and a deep basin, all supported atop a trio of characteristic nubbin feet. This bowl may have at one time held a lid to further preserve various dry goods stored within. Size: 5.5" W x 3.875" H (14 cm x 9.8 cm).
