A slender terracotta female figure representing the deity Astarte with attenuated arms and hands held towards the body, bird-like facial features comprised of round eyes comprised of concentric circles, a protruding nose, and striated coiffure. Note the hands are perforated and probably once held an attribute(s) of the goddess. Size: 2.5" W x 5.5" H (6.4 cm x 14 cm)
