The Seleucid Empire, one of the Hellenistic states founded following the division of the Macedonian empire following Alexander the Great's death, was, at least for its elites and rulers, essentially Greek, and Greek customs and culture dominated it. Size: 1" W (2.5 cm); 15.6 grams
