Roman, later Imperial Period, ca. 4th to early 6th century CE. A handsome, wearable ring, composed of a high silver alloy (93% silver), with a broad, hexagonal face incised with a cross motif. Between each equally-long arm of the cross is a small tri-looped linear motif. The band is thick, smooth on the interior, with a gentle ridge around its midsection on the exterior.
