Ancient. Roman, Imperial Period, ca. 1st to 3rd century CE. A fine example of an 18K gold ring with a narrow band that widens into a round, flat bezel, with five or six letters stippled / inscribed into its face. They may say "N A C (?) I T H", perhaps the name or location of the owner. Very wearable! Size: .6875" L x .8125" W (1.7 cm x 2.1 cm); US ring size: 5.75; 3.8 grams
