Roman Holy Land, ca. 2nd century BCE to 1st century CE. A charming vessel made for domestic use, glazed bright, earthy red. It has a bulbous lower body, an elongated neck with a flared rim, and two thick strap handles, with a rounded base that would have rested easily on a soft surface. Size: 4.7" W x 6.7" H (11.9 cm x 17 cm)
