Description:

Roman, Holy Land, the Levant, Imperial Period, ca. 2nd to 4th century CE. A lovely ribbon-like handle connects the shoulder to midway up the neck. Nice creamy white deposits accent this ancient vessel, adding depth to its surface and imbuing it with a rich aesthetic evocative of the eastern Roman empire.
