A gorgeous pottery jug enveloped in a lustrous glaze in hues of verdant green, teal, and turquoise and boasting a stunning iridescence that has formed over the centuries. The ancient vessel features a globular body, slender neck, and flared rim, all sitting upon a flat, annular base. A lovely strap handle loops from the conical neck to the elegantly sloped shoulder and a series of incised parallel striations decorate the beautiful vessel. Size: 5.5" in diameter x 8.75" H (14 cm x 22.2 cm)
