Description:

**Originally Listed At $600**

Roman Empire, Imperial Period, ca. 1st to 3rd century CE. This lovely translucent pale green glass vase has a concave bottom, a beautifully-ribbed and spiralized rotund body that narrows in two distinct areas to a constricted neck base, a tall everted neck with a large mouth and rolled rim, and a brilliant combination of rainbow and silver iridescence that adorns the surface. The symmetrical ribs are indicative of the vessel being mold-blown, but that certainly doesn’t detract from the beauty. Size: 2.875" W x 5" H (7.3 cm x 12.7 cm).
