Roman, early Imperial Period, ca. 1st to early 2nd century CE. A lovely cup formed from nearly transparent glass of a pale green-yellow hue. The body rests on a concave base with 9 pattern-molded ribs and has tall walls, a corseted lip, and a deep basin. Soft areas of silvery and rainbow-hued iridescence have formed across the composition and imbue the vessel an elegant presentation. Size: 2.9" W x 2.375" H (7.4 cm x 6 cm)
