Roman, Imperial, ca. 1st to 3rd century CE. A gorgeous set of glass beads in tubular, discoid, barrel, and other unique forms strung on a wearable modern necklace strand. Boasting rich hues of golden amber and creamy caramel, these lovely beads gradually taper in size as they approach the modern lobster claw clasp. A stunning piece, fit for special occasions, as well as everyday wear and sure to garner admiration at both! Size: 20.4" L (51.8 cm); (largest bead): 0.4" L (1 cm)

  • Condition: Wearable as shown. Glass beads are ancient, and stringing and lobster clasp are modern. Small nicks and light abrasions to some beads, otherwise intact and very good. Nice patina on beads.
