Description:

Egypt during Roman Era, Roman/Coptic, ca. 2nd to 3rd c CE. Custom stand. Size: 2.75" H (7 cm); 3.125" H (7.9 cm) on stand

Such figures are often classified as dolls and may have served as toys "recycled" from discarded animal bones; this one perhaps representing a fertility goddess.
