RIC VII: 165 R1 Scarce. A fine Roman bronze coin of Constantine II set into a modern 22K gold bezel and strung onto a lovely wearable necklace of small polished coral beads capped with a 14K gold closure. Glass bottle for photography purposes only. Size (necklace): 18.5" L (47 cm); size (coin & bezel): 0.75" W x 1" H (1.9 cm x 2.5 cm); quality of gold: 22K (coin setting) and 14K (clasp and loop); total weight (coin and setting): 7.1 grams.

  • Condition: Strung in modern times and wearable as shown. Roman coin is ancient, while 22K gold bezel, 14K gold clasp, coral beads, and stringing are modern. Minor fading to finer details on coin, otherwise intact and very good. Nice patina on coin.
