Native American, Southwestern United States, Southern Colorado Plateau, Anasazi / Ancestral Puebloans, Mesa Verde, McElmo type, ca. 1075 to 1250 CE. A pottery bowl of relatively circular form that was created via the coil-and-scrape technique. Within the basin are parallel rows of repeating, black-painted stepped blocks that inversely correspond with the white areas around them. Size: 6.375" L x 6.5" W x 3.7" H (16.2 cm x 16.5 cm x 9.4 cm)
